OptiCaller WEB incorporates the following functions:

• Advanced Two-Step dialing
• Mobile Extension functions
• Presence handling
• Call-Back
• Mobile Least Cost Routing

The major difference between OptiCaller WEB and the other versions (Lite, MEX and PRO) is that there is no need to install the OptiCaller application on the mobile device. Instead the same functionality is provided to the user through a web-client running in a regular web-browser.

With the help of OptiCall WEB the user can easily make a so-called "Two-Step Dialing" on their mobile phone. The web-client automatically manages the entire dialing procedure.

OptiCall WEB offers, like OptiCall PRO and OptiCall MEX, also the user to handle the management of PBX features from mobile phones. Through a simple graphical interface, users can also manage presence handling, call forwarding and switching functions.

OptiCall WEB also provides mobile call optimization and the possibility of Call-Back. By using Call-Back, asymmetry in call rates can be utilized in a beneficial manner, especially when placing calls abroad. Generally, it is at least twice the cost to make calls from their mobile phone abroad, compared to a receiving a call.

OptiCall WEB has been adapted especially for mobile phones e.g. iPhone and Android, but will work on any mobile phone with a web-browser.
