OptiCaller MEX incorporates the following functions:

  • Advanced Two-Step dialing
  • Mobile Extension functions
  • Presence handling

The OptiCaller client automatically handles the two-step dialing procedure and the user can place calls just like normal. Calls can be placed from Call-log, Phone-book or dialed manually.

The OptiCaller client first places a call to an access-number. Then enters an optinal PIN-code if needed, and finally dials the destination number.

OptiCaller MEX also gives the user the possibility to handle their presence status using a userfriendly graphical interface. In the same way the user can also get access to other PBX features e.g. call forwarding, logging in/out of groups etc.
