The OptiCaller Lite client automatically handles the two-step dialing procedure and the user can place calls just like normal. Calls can be placed from Call-log, Phone-book or dialed manually.
The OptiCaller client first places a call to an access-number. Then enters an PIN-code if needed, and finally dials the destination number.
OptiCaller MEX is a software client that simplifies the use of the Mobile Extension feature where the mobile phone becomes an extension in the PBX.
