Mattias Hansson, CEO (founder)

Mattias has in the past ten years worked as an entrepreneur in the telecom sector and founded high-tech companies which today are world leaders in their area. Mattias also has strong degree of relevant experience from sales through distribution and resellers, but also through direct sales and e-commerce both domestically and internationally. Mattias holds a total of three approved patents.

OptiCall AB / OptiCall Solutions AB (founder and CEO 2004 -)
- OptiCall is a distributor for 2N's GSM / UMTS Gateways, innovaphone IP PBX. Mattias has been responsible for sales and marketing of products with OptiCalls reseller’s network.

OptiMobile (2002-2004) In 2002 Mattias started OptiMobile in cooperation with Professor Per Gunningberg. Mattias was working as CEO during the startup phase. Optimobile is today the world leader in mobile VoIP over WiFi with a patented solution for seamless handover of IMS and VCC (Voice Call Continuity). In 2006 OptiMobile won the award “Guld Mobilen” for the best mobile innovation.

Telia Business Innovation (2000-2002) was Telia's Venture Capital firm. Mattias worked here as an analyst in the wireless and analyzed business ideas from within Telia's operations later commercialized to own companies.

Education: Mattias holds an Master of Science (MSc) and an MBA degree from Chalmers University of Technology.  Some of his studies were carried out in the Griffith University in Brisbane in Australia.

- Technical Manager leading the development of OptiCall and is in close contact with both existing and future customers.
- Innovator / product developers that allow our customers' needs guide the development.

- Technical Director responsible for installing and supporting OptiCall products, and training of dealers.
- CTO who led product development of OptiCall and development of patents.
Technology Nexus AB (Consultant 2002-2004)
Ericsson Radio Systems AB (1994-2001):
- Participated in a number of development of mobile systems and the roles of programmers, team leaders, technical coordinator, system leaders, as well as project managers. Three of the years were in Dublin, Ireland.
- Submitted taken four patents in the mobile area.
